  • What is
    NeuroTraining Mode?

After amputation, the brain continues to expect signals from the missing limb. This can lead to confusion between the brain and the body.

Many amputees with Phantom Limb Pain report that their phantom limb is often visualised as being an oversized,or deformed, and often extremely painful.

The key to helping the brain remove the perception of the phantom limb, is to help the brain properly understand that the phantom limb is not the real limb.

The NeuroTraining mode adds a feedback session to the therapy. In this mode we've added a rehabilitation technique developed by clinicians known as Sensory Discrimination Training (SDT).

The SDT feature enables you to identify the location of the stimulations helping you focus on the residual limb as it is now.

By focusing attention on and stimulating touch points on the residual limb, provides the brain with updated, high-fidelity sensory information.
